The Tarot of Nashville reimagines the twenty-two Major Arcana through the storied spirit of Music City, from honky-tonk stages and vintage guitars to Cumberland River bridges. Each illustrated scene presents a vivid narrative reflecting traditional tarot meanings.
Illustrated in a 1950s adventure and romance comic-book style, the artwork features heavy black brush contours, dramatic chiaroscuro shadows, and authentic Ben-Day halftone patterns. Faded scarlet, mustard yellow, and petrol teal inks evoke classic worn newsprint.
The deck features twenty-four cards, including twenty-two numbered Major Arcana plus two unnumbered cards detailing how to use the deck and background about the art. Expressive period characters and Nashville architecture create an engaging, intuitive reading experience.
Created for tarot and oracle readers, this set brings timeless Major Arcana archetypes to life with dramatic vintage comic noir flair. It provides seasoned and curious readers with a fresh perspective on traditional symbolism.
