The Tarot of Tampa reimagines the traditional Major Arcana through the storied atmosphere of Tampa, Florida. This 24-card deck includes the 22 numbered Major Arcana cards alongside two informational cards detailing deck background and usage.
Each card presents an original narrative scene inspired by Ybor City cigar heritage, wrought-iron balconies, streetcars, and scenic bayfront views. Dramatic 1950s romance and adventure comic styling brings every archetype to life with heavy brush contours, expressive faces, and classic halftone dots.
Rich chiaroscuro shadows, fine cross-hatching, and aged newsprint tones of scarlet, mustard yellow, and petrol teal evoke an authentic vintage noir mood. Slight misregistration and worn paper textures deepen the dramatic mid-century aesthetic.
Grounded in classic archetypal concepts from The Fool to The World, each card invites intuitive revelation, balance, and reflection. Readers can explore timeless themes of love, destiny, willpower, and transformation through vivid historical scenes.
Created especially for tarot and oracle readers, this unique deck brings historic Florida storytelling into your divinatory practice.
