The Tarot of Oklahoma City reimagines the traditional twenty-two Major Arcana through dramatic narrative scenes set across Oklahoma City. From the Bricktown canal and historic stockyards to vast prairie horizons and Art Deco civic architecture, each card grounds timeless archetypes in a distinct urban landscape.
Rendered in a 1950s romance and adventure comic illustration style, the imagery features heavy black brush contours, dramatic noir chiaroscuro, and textured Ben-Day halftone dots. Weathered newsprint tones of faded scarlet, muted petrol teal, and mustard yellow capture the look of authentic mid-century print.
This twenty-four card deck includes the full sequence of twenty-two numbered Major Arcana cards alongside two informational cards titled How to Use and About the Cards. Every narrative scene delivers expressive character gestures and period details that reflect traditional meanings from The Fool to The World.
Designed for tarot and oracle readers seeking evocative storytelling, this collection brings a striking vintage comic aesthetic to personal contemplation and intuitive readings.
