The Tarot of New York reimagines the twenty-two traditional Major Arcana through the cinematic pulse of New York City. Narrative scenes unfold across brownstones, subway platforms, the Brooklyn Bridge, and yellow taxis beneath the Manhattan skyline.
Rendered in dramatic 1950s romance and adventure comic-book illustration, the artwork features heavy brush contours, noir chiaroscuro, and authentic Ben-Day halftone dots. Expressive period figures come alive in faded scarlet, muted petrol teal, and warm newsprint inks with a worn paper feel.
Each numbered card captures classic archetype meanings, journeying from The Fool's trust to The World's completion. Two dedicated information cards explain how to use and understand the deck.
Created for tarot and oracle readers, this 24-card deck transforms city street life into powerful personal insights. Its moody vintage comic aesthetic brings unforgettable depth and drama to any reading.
